Return Policy

At Officialhairhaven, your order may be refunded or exchanged within 48 hours of delivery provided the unit is unused, unworn, not damaged, the lace has not been cut, and the product remains in its original packaging.

Refunds or exchanges are not permitted on:

  • customised or coloured wigs
  • pre-order units
  • sale items
  • wigs that have been installed, styled, washed, or altered

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the error was caused by Officialhairhaven.

To request a refund or exchange, please contact:

If you choose an exchange:

  • your original order will be cancelled
  • a replacement order will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned unit
  • if the replacement product is more expensive, the balance must be paid before dispatch

If you choose a refund:

  • refunds are processed back to the original payment method
  • EFT, PayFast, Payflex, and Ozow refunds may take up to 7 working days depending on the payment provider

Your confirmation of any order indicates acceptance of our Terms of Service.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees that may apply in their country.
